prices include all of the taxes; bait, tackle, and gear necessary for fishing; and the
filleting of your catch.
You will need to
bring your own food and beverages and purchase an Alaska State fishing license (and King Salmon stamp, as needed). We have fishing licenses available at our new office located at 411 Port Avenue at the "Train Wreck" (name of a group of Alaska Railroad trains that were turned into businesses, at the corner of 4th Avenue and Port Avenue). Our office is located in train #2. Please look for the Puffin Fishing Charters signs. Check in there for your trip and the crew will help get you and your gear to the boat.
To reserve your fishing trip, we require full payment as the deposit for groups of 5 or less. For groups of 6 or more, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due 30 days before the scheduled trip.
If canceling more than 30 days prior to your fishing trip, a 10 % processing fee will be charged and the rest of your deposit will be refunded.
If canceling within 30 days of your trip, your deposit will not be refunded. We will try to sell your seat(s) and, if successful, will refund 90% of your deposit, less the 10% processing fee.
We highly recommend trip insurance.
